Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association of New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WELLINGTON REGION KIDNEY SOCIETY INC (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 9 June 2020 at 11.30am.

We fix 31 July 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the Trust Board are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
