Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, and Ben Verney, a Registered Insolvency Practitioner, of Grey House Partners Pty Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 5 June 2020 at 11.17am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 3 July 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
