Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 5 June 2020, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KATSUBI ST LUKES LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 5 June 2020 at 3.00pm.
