Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 4 June 2020 at 9.40am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 7 August 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
