Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 1 June 2020 at 10.00am special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, were passed to liquidate the above-named entities and appoint Rachel Mason-Thomas and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidators fix 13 July 2020 as the day by which the creditors are to make their claims to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
