Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on 2 June 2020 at 10.00am, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation and Peter Charles Chatfield, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator.

A certificate of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 has been completed by the directors.
