Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and David Bridgman, Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of DANIEL WELLINGTON (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED by the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 28 May 2020 at 9.45am.

We fix 3 July 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
