Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors of the above-named companies appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on Friday 29 May 2020 at 9.30am and 9.45am respectively.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 July 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make claims and establish any priority.
