Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on Wednesday 27 May 2020.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 July 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make claims and establish any priority.
