Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 14 May 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FULLSTOP LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 14 May 2020 at 3.00pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 19 June 2020.
