Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of LOUBEAR LIMITED (trading as Brew Cafe & Bar) on 11 May 2020 at 9.00am and ZELENA GROUP LIMITED on 11 May 2020 at 1.30pm respectively.
We fix 11 July 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
