Notice is hereby given that the companies were put into liquidation and Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on the date and times below:

GRANT GILBERT INVESTMENTS LIMITED by Order of the High Court at Timaru at 11.25am.

SIMIKO INVESTMENTS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders at 12.15pm.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 11 June 2020.
