Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 25 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association of New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of WELLINGTON REGION KIDNEY SOCIETY INCORPORATED (in interim liquidation) by the High Court at the request of the attorney-general on 7 May 2020 at 11.20am.

We fix 30 June 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the Trust Board are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
