Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors of MOUCHI PROJECT MANAGEMENT LIMITED appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on Monday 4 May 2020 at 11.30am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 12 June 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority.
