Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders above-named companies appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator.

The liquidation commencement dates are as follows:

SCM LEASING LIMITED on 11 May 2020 at 8.50am.
GOVINDA INVESTMENTS LIMITED on 11 May 2020 at 9.10am.
GOPAL KRISHNA CO LIMITED on 11 May 2020 at 9.30am.
R & S TRANSPORT LIMITED on 11 May 2020 at 9.45am.
MM AND SON NEW ZEALAND LIMITED on 11 May 2020 at 10.30am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 19 June 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make claims and establish any priority.
