Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 7 May 2020 at 10.49am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that TACOPUNA LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, both RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners accredited by CA ANZ, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 7 July 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
