Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to Undertake Liquidation

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 5 May 2020 the shareholder of LITTLE NUFFIELD LIMITED (company number: 6451492) resolved, by special resolution, to appoint Kevin John Whitley as liquidator of the company, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, to undertake a liquidation of the company.

Pursuant to sections 241(5) and 241(1)(a) of the Act, the liquidation commenced on 5 May 2020 at 10.37am. Unless requested by a creditor, it is not intended to hold a creditors’ meeting as distributions are likely to be insignificant.
