Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 23 April 2020 at 2.27pm the High Court at Napier ordered that the company be liquidated and that Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 June 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

Security Interests

Any party who considers they have a security interest in the goods or assets of the company should contact the liquidators immediately.
