Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator.

The liquidation commencement dates are as follows:

VISION ASIA (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) on 20 April 2020 at 10.30am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 5 June 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make claims and establish any priority.
