Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 31 March 2020, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that EBENEZER TRADE LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, of Auckland, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2020 at 3.00pm.
