Take notice that GREEN CHIP LIMITED (in liquidation) was resolved by special resolution of the majority of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 April 2020 to be put into liquidation.
John Marshall Scutter was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 1 April 2020 at 10.22am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 13 May 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
