Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 20 March 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MAO & YANG LIMITED (trading as Udon & More) be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 20 March 2020 at 3.30pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 20 April 2020.
