Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ANGUS & BURRELL HOLDINGS 2018 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 March 2020 at 10.39am.

We fix 24 April 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
