Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 13 March 2020 at 10.11am, Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, both RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners accredited by CA ANZ, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of GLOBAL DAIRY LIMITED by an order of the High Court at Auckland High Court pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 13 May 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
