CLOUD INN GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 17 March 2020 at 10.00am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CLOUD INN GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidator fixes 5 April 2020 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
