Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 246(1) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 March 2020 at 12.30pm, Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp, both chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed interim liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland.

A hearing of the application for appointment of liquidators to the company has been set down for 7 April 2020 at 10.45am.
