Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and David Sean Webb were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the below companies:

SILVER RIVER STARGAZING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 9 March 2020 at 11.06am at the High Court at Timaru.

ALTITUDE MEDIA LIMITED (in liquidation) on 9 March 2020 at 11.08 am at the High Court at Timaru.

8 May 2020 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
