Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidators urgently.

The liquidator has fixed 5 April 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
