Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 March 2020 at the times stated below:

• BIG RIVER (MANURERE) CATERING LIMITED at 11.19am.
• BIG RIVER CATERING (HAMILTON) LIMITED at 11.23am.
• THE BEACH CAFE LIMITED at 11.52am.

We fix 17 April 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
