Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, John Marshall Scutter, chartered accountant and accredited insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above companies by special shareholders’ resolution on the dates and times stated below:
ADVANCED MATERIALS ENGINEERING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 28 February 2020 at 12.38pm.
AME POWDER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (in liquidation) on 28 February 2020 at 12.45pm.
PGE INJECTION MOULDING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 28 February 2020 at 12.45pm.
The liquidator hereby fixes 14 April 2020 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
