Notice of Appointment and First Meeting of Creditors of Company Under Administration

Pursuant to Section 239ADW and 239AO of the Companies Act 1993

1. Notice is given that Vaughan Strawbridge, Jason Tracy and Sam Marsden, of Deloitte Financial Advisory Pty Limited, Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia, were appointed joint and several administrators of the company on 31 January 2020.
2. A first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the office of Deloitte, Level 18, Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland 1140, on Thursday 13 February 2020 at 3.30pm (NZST).
3. The administrators must call the first creditors’ meeting to:
   1. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
   2. decide whether to replace the administrators.
