Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner of Auckland, has been appointed administrator of HAWKE’S BAY VAPOUR LIMITED (administrator appointed) and NATIONAL VAPOUR COMPANY LIMITED (administrator appointed) with both appointments made, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 September 2020.

A joint meeting of creditors for both companies is called to be held at the premises of HAWKE’S BAY VAPOUR LIMITED (administrator appointed) at the address of 128d Taradale Road, Napier, on Friday 9 October 2020 commencing at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting for each company is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator.
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and if so to appoint its members.
3. Receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position.
4. Submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.

Resolutions for each company will be considered and put separately.
