Notice of Watershed Meeting

Notice is given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of TOUCHWOOD PRODUCTIONS LIMITED (in administration) will be held via video conference on 4 June 2020 at 2.00pm. Creditors and shareholders can request a link to the video conference by contacting the administrators before 10.00am on 3 June 2020.

The purpose of this meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrators; and
2. To determine whether or not to:
   1. execute a deed of company arrangement;
   2. bring the administration to an end; or
   3. place the company into liquidation
