Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Pursuant to Section 239I of the Companies Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Khov Jones, and Ben Verney, a Registered Insolvency Practitioner of Grey House Partners Pty Limited, were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named company on 1 May 2020 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors

Notice is also hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held on 13 May 2020 at 11.00am (GMT+12) (via audio-visual link) pursuant to section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993. Please email admin@khovjones.co.nz to register and receive a link to attend the meeting.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. Administrators update on progress to date;
2. Deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
3. Deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
