Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at Thursday 30 April 2020 (via audio visual link) at 10.30am. Please email admin@khovjones.co.nz to register and receive a link to attend the meeting.

The agenda for the meeting is:

1. For the creditors of the company to resolve that the administration end or the company be placed into liquidation;
2. Other general matters properly brought before the meeting.

Please note, creditors’ claims must be received by the administrators by 29 April 2020 to be eligible to vote.
