Steven Khov, Kieran Jones and Thomas Rodewald, all CA ANZ accredited insolvency practitioners were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named company on 30 March 2020 at 12.20pm pursuant to section 239I of the Act.

Notice to Creditors

Notice is also hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held on Thursday 9 April 2020 (via audio visual link) at 10.30am, pursuant to section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993. Please email admin@khovjones.co.nz to register and receive a link to attend the meeting.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. Deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
