Public Notice of Intention to Transfer Registration of Company to Other Jurisdiction

CLOSURE SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that it intends, after 27 November 2019 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date this notice is published), to apply under section 351 of the Act to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the state of Delaware, United States of America.
