Notice of Execution of Deed of Company Arrangement

Pursuant to Section 239ADY of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the above-names companies did, on 29 July 2019, execute a deed of company arrangement with Mark Norrie as the deed administrator.

On 11 September 2019, by High Court judgement, Christopher Robert Ross Horton was appointed replacement deed administrator of the WDG Group.
