I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person by adjusting the register.

HOLT TRUSTEE LIMITED (5872347)

1. To remove the Particulars of Directors dated 3 April 2019 removing Adam Bernard Holt as a director and to reinstate him as a director.
2. To remove the Particulars of Shareholders dated 3 April 2019 removing Adam Bernard Holt as a shareholder and to reinstate him as a joint shareholder. (Application by Adam Bernard Holt).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 30 October 2019, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
