I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person by adjusting the Register:

ASCENT INDUSTRIES NO. 33 LIMITED (6624073) – to record Colin Douglas Theyers as having ceased as a director on 26 November 2018 (application by Hudson Gavin Martin).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 9 October 2019, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
