Public Notice of Intention to Transfer Registration of Company to Other Jurisdiction

ROUCOS HOLDING LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that it intends to apply after 6 September 2019, under section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the Republic of Malta.
