Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

The board of directors of LAKELAND STEEL PRODUCTS LIMITED has approved the amalgamation of LAKELAND STEEL PRODUCTS LIMITED and LAKELAND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, with LAKELAND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED becoming the amalgamated company, effective on 30 September 2019.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of LAKELAND STEEL PRODUCTS LIMITED or any person to whom LAKELAND STEEL PRODUCTS LIMITED is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours; and

A shareholder or creditor of LAKELAND STEEL PRODUCTS LIMITED or any person to whom LAKELAND STEEL PRODUCTS LIMITED is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to LAKELAND STEEL PRODUCTS LIMITED.
