I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. COUCHMAN HAULAGE LIMITED (6306771) – N. M. Putu incorrectly notified as having ceased as director (27 February 2019) and as having transferred 1400 shares to R. T. Couchman (27 February 2019) (application by Todd Whitehouse Solicitors).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 28 June 2019, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
