Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of TEX ONSITE LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at Novotel Auckland Airport, Ray Emery Drive, Auckland Airport, New Zealand, commencing at 3.00pm NZDT on 13 March 2019.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrator.
2. To determine:
1. whether to execute a Deed of Company Arrangement;
2. whether to bring the administration to an end; or
3. whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
