Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of Griffiths McKay & Buckleigh Limited (administrator appointed) will be held at Pupuke Golf Clubrooms at 231 East Coast Road, Campbells Bay, North Shore, Auckland, commencing at 11.00am on 19 February 2019.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrator.
2. To determine:
1. whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
2. whether to bring the administration to an end; or
3. whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
