Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that a watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held on 19 December 2019 at 10.00am (NZT) at The Devon Hotel and Conference Centre, 390 Devon Street East, New Plymouth 4312, New Zealand. Creditors should arrive 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting to facilitate registration procedures.

The purpose of the watershed meeting is to:

1. consider the report of the administrators; and
2. determine whether:
   1. the watershed meeting should be adjourned;
   2. to execute a deed of company arrangement (if any)*;
   3. to bring the administration of the company to an end; or
   4. the company should be placed into liquidation.

*A dead of company arrangement (DOCA) has not been proposed. As set out in the report, the administrators do not consider it appropriate, at this time, to propose a DOCA.
