Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of above-named company, appointed jointly and severally Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators of the above-named company on 5 August 2019 at 8.00am.

In accordance with section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the offices of McDonald Vague Limited, Level 10, 52 Swanson Street, Auckland, on Wednesday 11 September 2019 at 3.00pm in the afternoon.

1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
