Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245(1)(b)(iii) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of 5775047 LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of SDM Law (Simpson Dowsett Meggitt), 2 Enfield Street, Mt Eden, Auckland on Wednesday 28 August 2019 at 1.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. provide the creditors with an update; and
2. to vote as to whether Peri Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, both Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of McDonald Vague Limited, be appointed to replace Stuart Brauninger, the current liquidator.
