Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, that a meeting of creditors of FIVE MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at Level 1, 26 Crummer Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland on Wednesday 1 May 2019, commencing at 10.00am.

Meeting Agenda

1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. (a) To confirm the appointment of John Michael Gilbert as liquidator; or
   (b) to appoint replacement liquidators.
4. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.
