Notice of Extension of Convening Period
Pursuant to Part 15A of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
Heath Gair, as administrator of WORLDS BEST LITTLE WINE COMPANY LIMITED (“WBL”), hereby gives notice that on 29 March 2019 the High Court at Wellington ordered under section 239AT of the Act that:
- Leave to bring an application without notice to extend the convening period for the watershed meeting in WBL’s administration under section 239AT(2) of the Act was granted.
- The maximum period during which the watershed meeting must be convened in WBL’s administration is extended up to and including 1 July 2019 under section 239AT(3) of the Act.
- Leave to apply to modify or discharge the above orders is granted to the administrator, and any person who can demonstrate a sufficient interest in the administration upon appropriate notice being given to the administrator and the High Court.
- The administrator’s solicitor/client costs of the application are an expense incurred in the administration of WBL.
